I bought a resale 4 room flat and intended to shift into my new house ASAP. My kind seller had agreed to allow me to start renovation even before the official handing over. Due to budget and time constraint, immediately I have shortlisted a few IDs with good reviews. After few consultations and quotations from few IDs, finally, I decided to engage Daryl Ng from Design 4 Space. whom may not be the cheapest but value for money ! Daryl is very attentive to my needs and always responds to my queries promptly. He gave my valuable suggestions and explained well why he suggested so, its pro and cons and also mindful of the cost. He was quickly resolved any issues surfaced during the renovation and provide good resolution. He also get his team members to rectify any defects during the handover period. Though there were some hiccups along the way and he was quick to resolve the issues. I am glad that the renovation was completed on time. I am satisfied with the end product.
