There is no room for circumspection for the fruition of innovation and creativity. Especially for Mr Richard Yea who started Design 4 Space Pte Ltd© in 2002 (previously known as Ritzs Décor). Today, Space is of a great concern. The size of the apartment has shrunk, and we need to rely a lot on the designers to take into account of the architectural layout to offers an efficient design. Thus, that is how the name Design 4 Space came about. “We maximize the functionality of the given space.” Mr Yea remarked. Regardless of size, all our projects will receive the same amount of dedication and attention. Our dedicated designer will manage and oversee every element of each job from the start to finish. Despite Design 4 Space’s prolific start, setbacks are commonplace in an entrepreneurship. “Securing business and trust from clients, also the lack of marketing and promotion funds are the key challenges when we first went into the business.” Mr Yea responded. These obstacles scourge and oppress Design 4 Space’s progress tremendously. However, Mr Yea was staunched to hold on to the business. “We turn the table around with our sincerity, hard work and quality workmanship. I always like a quote that I chanced upon: You can’t prepare the future for your children but you can prepare your children for the future.” Mr Yea is thrilled to list some intravenous expansion plan for Design 4 Space. “In 2016 we had set up our Architecture team for Construction project that includes New Erection, A&A Works and Interior Design Services catering for all Residential projects. I hope to expand the company worldwide where we are able to provide and create a full range of innovative home products from tiles, lightings, bath fixtures and accessories for the clients. Providing them with a personalize service, and at the same time achieving better control in term of quality assurance.” Mr Yea revealed.
