We came to know Sylvia through online good comments. After meeting up with her to discuss about our resale condo renovation project, we decided to shortlist her due to her professionalism and very cheerful attitude. The package and the quotation that she had offered to us was not the cheapest but we eventually chosen her to be our reno project ID because we felt very comfortable working with her and she was able to provide her own views from designer’s perspective which was really invaluable.
The entire period of the project planning and execution was a smooth one. Even though it clashed with CNY21 where most of the workers were not available, Sylvia was still able to manage the tight schedule well and delivered the house to us on time. The quality and workmanship were up to our expectation. In addition, our renovation also came with 1-year warranty.
Another plus point from Sylvia is her “after-sale service”. We are still keeping in touch closely and she is always very responsive whenever we found minor flaws, but she just get it repaired without delay. In conclusion, she is someone that you can rely on and accounted for. Highly recommended !
