Had a pleasurable journey of renovating my first home with ID Roland. I had the idea of knocking my 2 bathroom into a bigger bathroom and nearly made a mistake despite me speaking to afew other IDs too. He made a huge difference and probably saved me quite some monetary loss as he advised that this might affect my flat value in the future and he was actually the only one to tell me so. After consulting with my agent, true enough she came to the same conclusion. I contracted him as he clearly knows what he’s doing and of course did not let my expectation down. He completely understood the style I desired and brought those designs into real life. Huge thumbs up and will refer my friends in the future 👍
