We went to design4space without any appointment hoping to meet some ID to talk to on our 28 yrs old 5 rm hdb. Shermin met us at the door and kindly offered to find someone talk to us. As the rest of the staffs are busy with customer, we told her we can meet her when she is free. In our first meeting, Shermin already studied our floor plan. She asked about what are the key issues we want to address and what features are important to us. We have met about another 5 IDs from other firms and none of them ask this. We feel that this is an important factor as this set an objective. She presented her ideas confidently and is fast to catch on what we like. Shermin project management is also commendable as she was quick to react and still manage to finish on time when unexpected thing happened. She can handle the contractors well and update us frequently so I am able to just focus on my work. Throughout the months, Shermin always responded promptly even on Saturday nights and sunday morning. We are very happy with the overall finish of our renovation. The workmanship is good. We must specially give a shout out to the carpentry team. Their quality is amazing and finishing looks great. Shermin make full use of our kitchen space to provide us ample storage that is designed for our daily convenience. As we went to several IDs, most price are around the same. So I must say this is definitely value for money. We are just relieve that this renovation is over without much big issue and we are glad we engaged Shermin for this.
