I have engaged Shermin from Design 4 Space @ Tradehub as my ID for my new 4BR condo. As there was some delay in the handing of keys, we have to push back our renovation schedule. Shermin is very understanding and accommodating to the rescheduling. Greatly appreciate her meticulous and close monitoring as we happened to be overseas at the initial stage of renovation, Shermin did an excellent job in ensuring the renovation work is carried our smoothly and updated the renovation progress to us periodically. We have opted for a Japandi theme for our renovation and Shermin is able to accommodate our requests and provides good suggestions on how we can improve on the design. Shermin is innovative in her design and always strives to give the best to her clients. I must say that we are very satisfied with the final product and workmanship and will definitely recommend Shermin to those who are looking for ID to renovate their houses. 😊
