“Experience with ID from Design 4 Space”
We sourced for a few ID companies and finally decided on Eddy from Design 4 Space. Even before confirming to work with him, Eddy has been responsive to our enquiries unlike some of those famous ID companies who can’t be bothered.
During our renovation process, Eddy has been very patient with us, answering our questions late at night and even over weekends. He will also brings down samples of the materials for us to choose and reconfirming before installation. During each major step e.g. kitchen tile, bathroom installations etc, he will always make a trip down to ensure the workers do it correctly and sends us photos and update us of the renovation progress.
Because he is responsible, it eases us of the need to check on the renovation
