ID Roland from TPY branch did a decent job for my new home even though we gave him somewhat a constrained target budget to work around with. He understands that I want practicality and as much space that I can get over aesthetics and stayed within my budget. He was very patient throughout the project despite me making quite afew changes midway into the renovation. I appreciate that he explained very detailedly what can be changed without additional charges, what will incur additional charges, what changes will and will not delay the final handover date. I was a little worried that I would be asked to pay some form of hidden charge halfway due to the changes, however this did not happen. Overall Grade A service for his professionalism, patience and always replying me promptly. 👍🥂🥂
