“Reno of a rundown condo”
Recently we had our newly acquired run down condo renovated. We chose from several IDs but had shortlisted Shawn Chua from Design 4Space. He stands out right from the start as he appears to be a more reliable ID that we could trust and work together with. True enough he is proven as so. From the design we showed him coupled with some of his great suggestions, our condo turn out superb. It looks new, classy and most importantly Shawn is patient, listens to our needs and is always there when need.
Design
We shared the drsigns we want, Shawn study it and suggested some ideas eg. Turning one part of the kitchen wall to glass for light enhancements. It was a great idea and we love it.
Workmanship
Overall it was good except for one contractor that they partnered with who could not deliver up to standard. This was solved eventually.
Service
Shawn has delivered as expected. He oversees the whole renovation professionally. We are happy that we have chosen him. We would highly recommend him to our friends for their future renovation needs
Value for Money
The final bill is above the original quote due to the electrical and some old pipings that need to change. Overall it is reasonably acceptable.
