I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Chua as my ID for my new BTO. Prior to meeting him, he was patient to share with me on the steps leading up to our first consultation (key collection, defects check etc) As my project came with tiles and toilets completed, Shawn was able to identify the must haves for my new place and the good to have, giving me and my wife the liberty to choose what we want according to our budget. Being first time home owners, it’s good to have actual site examples on his phone of materials and design which was previously not known to us. He kept us up to date on the progress and manage us well on the timeline. Would like to add that the contractors I met (plumber, carpenter) were experienced and take pride in their work. I had my own vendors for certain item and Shawn was able to coordinate on the installation dates as well. All in all I would recommend anyone looking for an ID to go with Shawn for a peace of mind.
