Shawn and Shermin’s approach was professional and communication with them was a breeze. They were meticulous and patient during our initial design and budgeting discussion. Thereafter I was presented with many beautifully rendered material options that not only looked good but were also durable and practical. Their creative ideas aligned with my preferences and lifestyle requirements. I was updated at every stage of the renovation with clear timelines and their response was prompt for any queries I had raised. While their design expertise shines through, some challenges were also encountered during the renovation journey. The carpentry execution was not flawless as some aspects were not as ideal as we had hoped. The final result left some room for improvement. Overall, the project was completed within our expected time frame but clearer updates and explanations regarding the carpentry issues would definitely be a bonus. Nevertheless I do really appreciate their dedication and attention to the project. I would recommend potential clients to discuss and clarify their carpentry expectations thoroughly and address any concerns during the process.
