Rachel Li is very experience and able to provide practical suggestion in all aspects without comprising the aesthetic side. She has good taste of design and color matching but she also willing to listen to my ideas, choices too. We have disagreement in finalising the designs, materials, colors and fixtures & fittings. After the first meeting about my expectation and design i want for my unit, she grasped all the important points & details of what i want. Although the actual cost exceed my budget and quotation. It’s mainly due to the variations arose during the period of renovation, incl. some were new add-on from me, hence i will still think the cost is reasonable and worth it. Overall she was very accommodative, flexible and transparent throughout the renovation period. Prompt in communicating all good news and even bad news when occurred. She always managed to come up with alternative proposals. Post renovation services are also commendable and prompt. They receive feedback well and act on them promptly. Of course i have to end with strongly recommending Rachel Li to those who want a reliable and trustworthy ID with good design sense.
