We approached Vincent Chuah after reading his good reviews online. He was prompt in getting back to us despite his tight schedule. We decided to engage him as he has good and practical design ideas, is receptive to our comments and is able to innovate and build on our ideas. Vincent was efficient in fixing appointments and meeting deadlines, in fact some of our discussions were done via video chats after working hours. We are grateful for the fact Vincent is always friendly, accommodating and will even sacrifice his personal time to address our concerns. Though there were inevitable hiccups along the way, Vincent was very quick in responding and tried his best to resolve the problems. We were working on a tight schedule over the festive season and he managed to deliver on time. We really appreciate his quick responses and great customer service! A diligent and friendly designer, highly recommended!
