I am glad that ID Eddie Low(Ed) was assigned to manage our home renovation. The reason we decided to go ahead with Design4Space (we approach four ID firms and two contractors) is because Ed is the only ID who remembers our idea, design and never miss out anything in the quotation. This is our first renovation and Ed has provided many practical and functional ideas during our initial discussion. He also managed our deliveries with external vendors. Despite his busy schedule, it is amazing that he always have time to provide us with timely updates in the progress of the renovation and reply to our enquiries. We were very pleased with Ed and our renovation was completed within the estimated completion date.
