“Reliable and great first experience with Terence”
It was a pleasant experience working with Terence (Paya Lebar) for our home’s renovation. Throughout the reno, Terence gave consistent and informative updates and was very responsive to our queries whether big or small. We must commend that the carpentry workmanship is very good as well which was a plus point.
After the handover, Terence was prompt to rectify defects highlighted in our final checks and it was well followed up. Due to some light scratches in our kitchen sink, out of goodwill, Terence decided to refund us the full sum which was commendable also.
We are very happy with our newly renovated home and it is all thanks for Terence for the coordination, planning, suggestions/recommendation etc. Highly recommend to engage Terence if anyone is looking for an ID.
Design
We were satisfied with the layout of the proposed design that Terence gave us, that’s what got us to engage him in the first place. It was different compared to what other IDs suggested which was a plus point for creativity.
Workmanship
The workmanship on the carpentry was of very good quality and Terence was able to rectify the defects quickly with his contractors and he also recommended us good contractors for our windows and curtains which was of good quality also.
Service
Terence was swift in replying to our queries and were able to rectify the defects swiftly also. He also refunded us our sink due to some light scratches out of goodwill. 10/10 for customer service on his part.
Value for Money
Although it is slightly over our budget, our house needed a full renovation which was understandable and we were willing to spend the money. Terence also recommended us some suppliers in order to help us save money but also helped us to manage them as we didn’t have the time.
