2nd time engaging D4S for our home renovation! This time for another new home. Our Interior Designer Melvin Lee oversaw the project. He is patient, a good listener and sourced good lightings, carpenter and electrician for us. He is a very meticulous person who will always go the extra mile for his customers. We managed to completed our renovation before our dateline despite the shortage of labour due to COVID. Absolutely trustworthy and I would strongly recommended ID firm and ID person đź‘Ť
Design
Good mutual discussion over design over many meetings. Melvin was always extremely patient with us. That’s one main strength about him that we like a lot because he accommodated to our requests, suggestions and timings a lot.
Workmanship
A few rounds of rectifications but all fixed up and perfected. Understand that contractors are mostly working tirelessly and stretched throughout COVID period.
Service
Melvin’s level of service was excellent. You can trust him with your project. He will guarantee your satisfaction.
Value for Money
An ID firm that doesn’t overcharge. Very reliable, very experienced and have good sources for materials and subcontractors.
