“Truly reliable and trustworthy!”
Since 2008, Justin Ong has renovated five of our homes, and there’s good reason why we’ve kept going back to him. Justin is highly experienced with a great eye for design. He’s an excellent problem solver and, more than that, trustworthy and reliable. In all the renos he’s done for us he’s never once failed to meet the timeline and has always sought ways to help us save money, be it recommending alternative materials or finding solutions to eliminate costly and unnecessary works.
Moreover, Justin has always been available whether it be day, night, weekdays or weekends. He’s been extremely patient with my spouse and I, entertaining our indecisiveness and providing sound and practical design advice whenever we couldn’t agree on something. If you’re looking for a great ID who’s honest, dependable, patient and resourceful would highly recommend Justin ong.
Justin has a keen eye for design and a good understanding of what we wanted. Although my wife and I had different ideas; she’s more traditional and I’m more contemporary, Justin was able to reconcile or differences to create a beautiful modern classic design that turned out beautifully. He also helped us find ways to create additional usable spaces by reconfiguring excess wasted space within the apartment.
Overall workmanship was very good. And, whenever there were any minor rectifications that needed to be done, they were carried out in double quick time.
Justin always availed himself to us whenever we had questions and concerns be it day, night, weekdays or weekends. He’s always been responsive and we never once felt that he didn’t have things fully under control.
Value for Money
All costs were stated upfront and the costs for any variations that we requested were always told to us in advance. Justin also helped us save money by proposing alternative solutions such as materials and ways to circumvent our space and design constraints. He’s also fully aware of our budget and never try’s to upswell or oversell. In fact, whenever we suggested things that he felt were not worth the cost, he would propose alternatives that were equally good and less costly.
