I am glad to have found Lee Sing as my ID for my renovation. It took me a while to choose an ID that would be able to work with me and help me along the renovation process. After a few quotations, I decided to work with Lee Sing as she took an invested effort and time to think through the concept and theme of my renovation, even before I engaged her, based on my requirements. She was able to provide the mood board and color theme on the second meeting with her. Lee Sing gave honest recommendations and feedback on the processes that can or cannot be done and was mindful of my renovation budget and helped me worked around it. The whole renovation process was not without minor hiccups, though, but through it all, Lee Sing was always ready to listen, give her comments and recommendations and help me resolve the issues that were raised up. She is very meticulous in her work and is patient in answering my concerns and questions. She worked tirelessly and liaised well with the contractors to ensure everything ran smoothly. She is a hands on person and took great effort to visit the site several times to ensure the flow and work schedule ran smoothly. She constantly updated me with several videos and photos when she is on site and made sure the problems were resolved and renovations were smooth. It was a very pleasant experience working with Lee Sing and I am glad to have entrusted the entire renovation project to her. Her service is excellent and professional and it was reassuring to have her onboard this arduous project. I am confident she will continue to do her best for all her clients.
