I would like to say THANK YOU to my designer Rachel Li who from Paya Lebar branch. It was a great renovation journey throughout the past three month. She’s been such a professional designer since the beginning til the end of the project. It’s my first house and I’m a very particular person, I want every details to be perfect so I always requested a lot. However, Rachel was just so patient listened to each of my word and took my thoughts carefully and then made them to a better solution. I’m really appreciate her effort for everything.
Renovation is not an easy job, it’s all about details, there’s so many paper works and data need to be recorded. Even myself forgotten things. But again Rachel arranged all the things in order and detailedly so no matter how we could always follow up with the correct one. Thumbs up for her!
Last but not least, her after sales service was also commendable. There’s some small issue encountered recently, but she helped me solve them within the time period I’ve requested. Prompt and responsible services as always.
