Prior to key collection, we shortlisted a couple of ID firms and Design 4 Space at Ang Mo Kio branch was one of them. Dave Wong was the 3rd ID we met but was the only one we had chemistry and felt comfortable with.
Ours was a compact unit and we needed to create a lot of storage space including a partition for our helper’s room. We were also in a rush to complete the reno works as I was due to deliver and wanted to shift in before the arrival of our little one.
Dave was ext remely patient and accommodating especially since we changed our minds a couple of times about the layout. He listens well to our requests and made couple of suggestions which exceeded our expectations. He made himself available at our requested time to meet, mostly in the evenings after work and was prompt in submitting the 3D designs.
On the day of key collection, he was with us going through the defects meticulously, we would have missed out a whole lot of defects if it weren’t for him. He sent us pictures and updated us actively regarding the progress.
After shifting in, one of the tube lights fused and Dave sent his electrician down as soon as possible to rectify the problem and even gave us a replacement without us asking.
We are extremely pleased with the end results. It’s been more than a month since we moved in and it’s a joy coming back everyday to our new place. Dave has created not just a house for us, but a wonderful HOME for us to live in. We are grateful to have met Dave who is such a wonderful and honest ID and we will recommend him to our family and friends. He is definitely an asset to your organization.
