After seeing reviews online, we made an appointment with Alan See who was prompt in his replies to us. We decided to go with Design4space because of the value for money and the efficient service provided by Alan. He was quick to understand our taste and was able to suggest ideas suited the theme we were going for. When we first saw the 3D designs, it was exactly like how we envisioned the renovation to be and it was within budget. He was prompt to start the renovation and gave us timely updates on the process. We made many changes along the way and Alan never seem to mind it. Even when he was busy, he would get back to us as soon as he can and when there was an hiccups along the way, he was always upfront and apologetic. The house was almost 20 years old so we too understand that there was going to be some additional repair work that needs to be done and Alan was helping us to contact the right person for the job. While the renovation took longer due to the changes and additional work, the end result was worth the wait. The house looked brand new and the house turned out to look exactly like the 3D design and how we had envisioned it. Even after the reno, we could count on Alan to help us with additional some repair works. We’d like to express our sincerest thanks to Alan for being such a good ID to work with and for always being on the ball even after renovation ensuring that the renovation went smoothly.

Even after 2 years of renovation he keeps in touch with us wishing us on our birthday s and always ever ready to look into our even minor repairs . Thanks for his inputs making this house our forever home too!
