When we met Frances Yap, the 2nd of 3 ID’s from Qanvast event, the only things we have in mind for our renovation were BUDGET and FUNCTIONALITY. Given the quotation that was within our set budget, we engaged Design 4 Space.

Little did we know that we would have more than what we were expecting! Frances was able to add SIMPLE YET ELEGANT DESIGN with easy maintenance, a MODERN TOUCH that is out-of-the-ordinary famous themes nowadays (scandi, contempo, etc.), FUNCTIONALITY that met the need of every individual staying the house, all these are wrapped into a home with a vibe that shouts who we are.

As first-time homeowners, Frances was truly a blessing that made our reno experience less-overwhelming and enjoyable at the same time. From the beginning until the hand-over, she has been very organized, VERY PATIENT to our requests, attentive on even the tiniest details, responsive, hard-working, hands-on, and willing to GO EXTRA MILE to help and offer her assistance.

With this said, our family is very thankful and impressed. HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED!
