5 years ago, after getting our first and very own flat, we approached

to do up our 3rm BTO (Last pic is of our living room with platform), we met up with

and he very calmly and patiently walked us through what we were getting, what we wanted and what he recommended. Vincent was very professional and RELIABLE (biggest selling point for us) and made sure our first home was done up nicely and in under 1 month so we could move in. Opting for a minimalistic design Vincent achieved our goal in a short time and with excellent workmanship from his contractors.

This year, 2020, looking for a fresh new look, we decided to remove the platform and overlay our living room floor. Obviously, D4S and Vincent were our first choice (thank god Vincent was still with D4S) AND again he delivered… Doing up living room, removing platform and laying the floors all in under a day and the next day his guys put a fresh coat of paint on our walls and ceiling all within a day and within our budget.

Once again your workers did an amazing job, Vincent made sure of it too with a visit and checking with us thru WhatsApp and making sure we were Completely satisfied with the final outcome… Pics below are of our “new” living room with overlayed vinyl flooring and fresh paint… All ready for Deepavali.
