We were rather clueless to begin with but Vincent was very patient in explaining the the pros and cons of the works involved. Even sending us pictures or drawings for our better understanding.
Still remember our very 1st meeting which ended at 9 pm and the quotation was already in our mailbox on the same night itself! Talk about efficiency!
