Mr Lim GH (Edmund) at the Paya Lebar outlet was extremely professional throughout our dealings with him, and managed to speed up the timeline even with the delays from HDB in providing our keys (as our present rent was expiring). His responses were always very prompt, even late at night, although we would not have minded if it he responded the next day (sorry!). Further, his understanding of how to work around some of HDB’s default settings/layouts were very helpful, and allowed us to work with the limited space we had, while not compromising on the design and finish.
