Reliable, patience and knowledgeable. Didn’t know what to do but talked it out with Vincent and he came up with the design that I wanted. Showed me pictures and designs to have a clearer understanding. Person with great experience and was always on site to make sure everything went as planned and always ready to make alterations or changes whenever I wanted to. After service is superb, always make sure issues will be rectified without questions asked. Kudos.
