很幸运，在我人生的第一间房子，第一次选择、第一次相遇、第一次敲定装修设计师时，就遇上了 Lee Sing。
房子对很多人来说是一辈子的重要决定，装修自然更是关键的一环。我非常庆幸能够遇见 Lee Sing，她让整个过程在她的时间规划内顺利完成，而且过程中沟通顺畅、配合度高，令我感到非常安心。
我之所以选择她，是因为除了合理的设计与价格，我更在意设计师的态度与服务。Lee Sing 是一个非常细心、专业又诚实的人。她不会为了增加预算而随意建议 add-on，而是会根据整体的风格、颜色、搭配和预算，提出适合我们需求的建议。她从不隐瞒设计的利与弊，总是用专业角度让我们理解每一个选择的原因。
更难得的是，她从不推辞我们的任何疑问或请求，即使不属于她的工作范围，也愿意帮忙协调，例如协助家具、电器颜色搭配，甚至一些我们完全不懂的部分，她都耐心解释。她真正做到了“以客户为中心”，而不是以设计师个人风格为主导。
整个装修过程中，我们几乎没有感受到压力，因为她总是站在我们的立场思考，理解我们的需求，再来进行设计，真正做到“为客户打造理想的家”，而非“只设计她想设计的东西”。
即使完工后，她的售后服务也从不马虎，始终愿意协助我们解决任何问题。这份责任感与敬业精神，让我觉得这笔装修费用花得非常值得，也非常开心。

I feel incredibly lucky that for my very first home — my first major investment, my first renovation experience, my first time choosing a designer — I met Lee Sing.
Buying a home is a major milestone in life, and renovation is undoubtedly one of the most important parts of it. I’m so grateful to have found her — someone who helped us complete the entire process smoothly and on schedule, all thanks to her great planning and our mutual cooperation.
What made me choose her, above design and pricing, was her attitude and service. Lee Sing is not only a talented and creative designer, but also a great communicator and problem-solver. She never pushed unnecessary add-ons just to increase the budget. Instead, she balanced design, color, practicality, and cost with honest advice. She always told us what worked and what didn’t — clearly and professionally — never hiding anything, which I believe is one of the most important qualities in a designer.
What also stood out is her willingness to help beyond her job scope. She never said “that’s not my responsibility,” and always did her best to assist us — whether it was matching furniture colors, choosing appliances, or answering questions we didn’t even know how to ask. She didn’t judge based on price alone, but on what truly made sense for our home.
Throughout the process, she truly treated our project as her own, taking care of every detail. She listened carefully to our needs before designing, ensuring the outcome reflected what we wanted, not just her own preferences. She doesn’t just specialize in one style — she designs your dream home, whatever that may be. And she truly did that for us.
Even after the project was completed, her after-sales service remained responsive and helpful — she never disappeared once the job was “done.”
People say that when you spend money, you hope to feel happy about it — and this was money well spent. Lee Sing made sure our budget was respected, and in return, gave us a result that far exceeded our expectations.
