Overall we have positive experience and satisfied with the work of Vincent.
However, there’s still room for improvement for communication which could improve the practicalities and betterment of the designs.
His project management was excellent and there was no problem to complete the project on time. He did an excellent job in liaising with the exterior contractors engaged by us.
Most of the time, he was prompt in his response for follow ups even after the renovation was completed.
Design
Yes, his contemporary design concept was good and aesthetic, supplement with lightings which give our home a warm feeling
Workmanship
Yes, the workmanship was good and acceptable. Vincent also very strict to check and make sure that the workers rectify the defects promptly.
Service
Yes, most of the time, Vincent was friendly and respectful despite his hectic schedules. His follow up was prompt most of the time.
Value for Money
Yes, we spent more than $100k but compared the quotes with others and it was not too far off. He also provided some breebie and discounts to give us a sweet deal.
