Our first HDB flat and we planned to refresh and remain in it.
Our ID was Melvin and he did a great job of putting into action what we wanted. A tight timeline was given and Melvin delivered on time. Pricing was competitive and transparent. No pushy tactics, what we envisioned in our renovation ideas came to reality.
A timeline was provided to meet our requirements to move back in. It was followed by the ID closely and we witnessed the works going on. Visited the site almost daily to see the progress. Workers were professional.
Design
Yes. We have the ID our ideas and the translated to a 3D render. We adjusted along the way until we were happy with the design.
Workmanship
Yes. Workmanship was above average. There were minor issues which were promptly addressed. Overall no complaints.
Service
Yes. ID was forthcoming and quick to react to our requests. Meet ups were in person at the office or at the house. ID spent many hours working on this project and he always made the time to handle our needs.
Value for Money
Relativity Yes. From what we gathered online, roughly there price wise. In this day although renovation costs have skyrocketed, this company is competitive.
