I am a normal customer of this company. I was serviced by Lee sing who designed and advised us on the renovation works. It’s about a year since we had our renovation done. As with all renovations, there are definitely going to be issues and each and every one of these has been earnestly resolved by Lixin. I don’t know if I got her spelled name correct but this adds to the authenticity of this review I guess. She assisted in resolving all of the issues that was raised and I truly appreciate the professionalism and honestly. However, I must bring up that the contractors attitude when they come to resolve the issues as instructed did not reach the level I expected. It’s not that the follow-up repairs did not reach my expectations. It’s more of the attitude that precedes and follows it. Overall, I think their work deserves a 5 star rating especially for Lixin who has been very respectful and professional in her approach.
