We are incredibly grateful to have engaged such a dedicated and responsible interior designer for our resale condo renovation. Melvin Lee was our ID for our BTO 5 years ago, and we re-engaged him again because of his excellent after-sales service, practical mindset, and consistently positive attitude. Having worked with him before, we knew we could trust his professionalism and commitment — and once again, he did not disappoint. What truly impressed us this time was his ability to complete the entire renovation within just one month — including dismantling of some existing carpentry, fabrication and installation of new carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and thorough cleaning — all in time for us to move in just before Chinese New Year. The timeline was tight, but he delivered exactly as promised.
Throughout the process, Melvin was proactive and highly responsive. He actively engaged us on every detail, followed up closely on our requests, and ensured that nothing was overlooked. What stood out most was his commitment on site — he frequently came down personally to check on the progress and workmanship, making sure everything was done properly.
Melvin also gave clear and precise instructions to his contractors, ensuring the quality of work met high standards. Whenever there were issues, he addressed them promptly and professionally. His attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility gave us great peace of mind.
As a thoughtful gesture, Melvin even prepared a Chinese New Year gift for us after the renovation was completed — such a warm and meaningful blessing as we settled into our new home.
