From our 1st meeting, she was quick to understand the look & feel we wanted and was able to translate our ideas into the layout. Throughout the renovation, she was very friendly, patient and easy to communicate with. What we appreciated most was that she never tried to oversell her own ideas, but instead took the time to understand our actual needs and gave us practical suggestions and solutions that suited our lifestyle and budget. We were very happy with the carpentry work. The carpentry team was meticulous, attentive to detail, and whenever there were issues, they were willing to make adjustments and find suitable solutions. For the painting work, there were some areas that needed further attention and touch-ups. Thanks to Rachel’s patience and sense of responsibility in following up closely with the team and making sure the issues were properly addressed. Overall, we really appreciate Rachel’s patience, sincerity and effort throughout the renovation. She made the whole process smoother and less stressful for us. Thank you, Rachel!
