Roland Luke from D4S(TPY) has been excellent in his service delivery throughout our renovation process. We renovated our whole house except the room flooring. Unlike other IDs, he renders sound advice and only do/renovate what is necessary for the house; very practical and down-to-earth suggestion/advice. He oversee/manages the work promptly including the admin application that involves the various government agencies. He is also prompt in answering to our queries and ensures quality work is rendered in all aspects of the renovation. We have definitely enjoyed working together with him!
