I first knew about Design 4 Space as they sponsored a TV program. I read reviews about their works and decided to talk to ID Shermin from Tradehub office as I read many good reviews about her. After initial talks with Shermin and evaluating a few other IDs from different established firms, I decided to engage her for extensive renovation of my 4-bedder condo as her quotation was reasonable and her design ideas were creative and practical. During the project, she was efficient in planning and managing the work schedule. As both designer and project manager, Shermin personally supervise project execution to ensure quality works. Her contractors were also friendly. I could tell Shermin has long working relationships with them and they work well together. Shermin was able to always give constructive ideas instead of just agreeing to what the owner wanted. Most times her advice proved to be correct n good. Finally, she managed to complete the project in time as promised. Her response to queries and rectifications requests were also very prompt. Shermin has made the renovation process smooth, hassle free and enjoyable. Thanks Shermin for an excellent job!
