We engaged Design 4 Space after connecting with a few ID firms, and their quote stood out as very competitive. We were fortunate to be assigned Genevieve as our interior designer — she is humble, patient, and never pushy, which made the renovation journey smooth and pleasant for us.
Genevieve is both professional and responsible, offering valuable advice throughout the entire process. Her strong sense of measurement and attention to detail were impressive. She ensured everything was well-coordinated, always followed up closely with the contractors, and was prompt in responding to our requests and feedback.
The carpentry work was of excellent quality and craftsmanship, and both the plumber and electrician were very experienced. The glass panels installed were of great quality as well. Despite minor hiccups during the renovation (as expected in most projects), Genevieve handled them efficiently and resolved issues quickly.
Most importantly, the renovation was completed and handed over on time, which we truly appreciated.
