We engaged Tristine from D4S last year to do our renovation for our newly purchased condo. The unit hasn’t been renovated for close to 20 years and we redid almost everything. Tristine has been wonderful throughout the entire renovation, from design to selection of materials to coordination during renovation she has been prompt with any following up and has provided updates at each step. She is very honest with any recommendations she has and welcomes any ideas we had for our house. She will try her best to accommodate our requests despite us changing our minds a few times throughout the reno. I recommended Tristine to my parents when they wanted to redo their lived in home, and again another wonderful job from her. Tristine was able to provide different recommendations based on our different renovation style requests, and able to suggest alternatives based on our different budgets. I would recommend Tristine and engage her again in future if there is any renovation needs.
