Throughout the whole process, he was very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for us. He patiently explained the pros and cons of different ideas so we could make better decisions for our home. He was also very responsible and often present at the site whenever work was going on, making sure everything was done properly. We really appreciated how he treated and designed our house like it was his own. The final result exceeded our expectations and we truly love the overall look and feel of our home. His after-sales service is also excellent. Even after the handover, he still does his best to help arrange and settle any issues for us, even for things that were not done by him.
