As both of us are busy with work, we usually only text him at night. Despite this, his replies to our queries were almost always immediate, which we truly did not expect. This responsiveness was especially important whenever we needed urgent advice before purchasing furniture or lighting. Most importantly, our home turned out beautifully designed, functional, and cosy — exactly what we hoped for and more.
