My overall house renovation experience with Design4Space and my appointed ID, Justin Ong are very pleasant and positive. During Justin’s first house visit, he was very patient and professional in understanding my renovation work scope. Amongst several ID/contractors that also visited, Justin was the fastest in reverting to us with initial quotation. Along with the initial quotation, he also shared several additional details regarding high eco-friendly paint and low-formaldehyde ECOply wood that his ID firm carries and recommends. This has led to me decided to meet up with him to review the initial quotation. Going through the quotation, he was transparent and gave several good suggestion/ideas in the work scope and interior design. He also offered slight discount to certain line item after understanding our budget constraint. We at the end decided sign the contract with Design4Space. Before the actual work commencement, he prepared a detailed project schedule and 3D models on cabinet and wardrobe for our review. Along the way, he contributed quite a few professional design ideas and advices in finalizing our renovation scopes. When the renovation work started, Justin did provide us progress update every few days to keep us posted. His appointed contractors and Justin also helped us to solve several site issues that were newly discovered. Towards the end of the renovation work, his team managed to complete all the agreed work on time and handed over the house back to us. Almost a week later, we detected a few flaw and workmanship defect here and there. We notified Justin and he swiftly arranged his team to come over to touch up and rectify the defect with any delay. We are very pleased with his after-sales services as well. Will definitely recommend Justin Ong and Design4Space to transform your house into a home.
