When I first started planning my home makeover, I was buzzing with excitement—and a million ideas for my 2-room BTO. This was my first home, so naturally, I was a little kiasu. I confirmed my interior designer in December 2024, even though my key collection was only expected in September 2025! Of course, designing based on a floor plan in December meant that almost all my initial ideas were scrapped or changed once I saw the actual space. During all our meetups, she listened carefully, guided me through decisions, and kept the process stress-free—even when I threw in last-minute changes and ideas. She curated a color palette that feels like home: warm terracotta tones, calming sage accents, refreshing waterleaf greens for my kitchen, elegant soft grey for MBR, which now practically moonshine with subtle sophistication, esepcially so with the diamond shape door on the L shape wardrobe. Oh, the terrazzo kitchen countertop? A chic statement that ties everything together. Every shade and texture feels intentional and harmonious—like dolce delights for the eyes. What impressed me most was Gladys’s ability to balance creativity with practicality. She created a home that reflects my personality and lifestyle.
