We recently completed our BTO home renovation with Justin from Design 4 Space as our Interior Designer and had a smooth and enriching experience with him in renovating our home. We checked out a few IDs before engaging Justin and found his ideas refreshing. We were clueless on how to have an aesthetically pleasing home as well as maximize the limited space in our 3 rm BTO. We started out with our initial ideas but Justin improved on them with his creativity and design practicality. When there were design limitations not feasible in our home he would work around them and provide workable suggestions and solutions. We went through a few 3D model design updates due to our constant minor changes like kitchen cabinet and room cabinet colors, TV console type and color, etc. but Justin was patient and professional throughout and provided the 3D updates the very next day. Justin would also accompany or guided us to different shops or vendors to select materials, lighting, fittings, etc. He updated us periodically whenever a task had been completed was also very pro-active with the scheduled time and very accommodating whenever I informed him that I would like to make a visit to see the progress and meet up with him. Most important of all is Justin managed to complete the renovation within our time frame even though the period was leading up to CNY 2026. Although the renovation came up slightly above our initial budget due to us adding a few items along the way we were most pleased with the excellent service, attitude, workmanship and patience Justin provided throughout the renovation. When Gain City did the air con fittings not to his liking, he advised us to call them to rectify the fittings. Gain City returned with their supervisor to rectify the fittings. In summary we would strongly recommend Justin from Design4Space for the excellent he service he provided including the after renovation assistance he is still providing and turning our simple BTO into a wonderful place to come home to.
