Having Zoey Ong as our ID was the best decision we’ve made for this renovation!! She was incredibly patient with us and she made us feel comfortable and assured every step of the renovation process. Despite all the late night discussions and many changes along the way, Zoey managed everything so professionally. She rly put in lots of “heart” work for our home 🙂 She was also very prompt in her responses and does her best to ensure that the renovation timeline was smooth. We also liked that she was very detail-oriented which is key in having a smooth reno process. Lastly, she is always transparent and clear in her communication, always sharing with us the pros and cons of our decisions without being pushy at all.
