We were lucky to have been paired with Shermin when we contacted several firms through Qanvast. From the first meeting, she listened to us so well! Since we are first time homeowners she really took the time to explain to us each step of the renovation process. She was clear about what could and couldn’t be done, helping us set realistic expectations while still pushing for the best possible outcomes. The timeline was clear and things got done efficiently. She’s incredibly responsive and friendly, which made communication throughout the project smooth and stress-free. She was also very accommodating even after we had moved in, always taking our feedback seriously and sending someone from her team to rectify immediately. Not only was Shermin very good, she also has an incredible team of in house skilled carpenters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, painters etc and they are all top notch!
