Mine was a 50 year old house, renovation is somewhat challenging. ID Wayne Tan was honest and open, discuss with me about issues and bring up defect when i did not even noticed. He also will keep in mind my cost savings mindset and as much as possible avoided suggest un-necessary works. Also pro-actively assisted to liaise with the 3rd party vendor even though i did not go thru him. Appreciate his support and intergrity. Thank you for everything.
