I would say I was really lucky to have found Elynn. From our very first meetup, I felt comfortable and confident with her. The discussion was smooth, honest, and never pushy. In fact, we chatted all the way till late evening even after her working hours. By the end of that meeting, I was convinced and paid the deposit on the spot. I even cancelled all my other ID appointments because I knew I had found the right person for my renovation.
One thing I really appreciated was how Elynn personalized everything according to my budget. She listened to what I wanted, gave practical suggestions, and never tried to oversell unnecessary items. She helped me achieve the look and feel I wanted while staying within my budget, which I am truly grateful for.
As for Wayne, he’s a man of few words but very sharp and observant during site visits. He was always keeping an eye on the details and making sure things were done according to what was discussed throughout the renovation. Throughout the entire renovation process, Elynn and Wayne were incredibly responsive. Even when I was busy with work, I never had to worry about coordinating different parties or chasing for updates. Everything was handled for me.
They constantly kept me updated with photos, checked with me before proceeding, and would proactively highlight any issues or concerns for discussion. Communication was always clear and prompt. In fact, after hearing so many renovation horror stories from friends and online, I jokingly told Elynn and the team, “What happened to all those horror ID stories? Can we at least have one fight?” 😂 But to my surprise, the entire journey was so smooth that there was never really anything to argue about. Whenever issues came up, they were discussed openly and resolved quickly before they became problems. The workmanship was good, and the quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. They truly lived up to their eco-friendly wood promise.
When I entered my completed home for the first time, there wasn’t the usual strong renovation smell or eye-stinging feeling that many people talk about. Everything felt comfortable and well done. What else can I say? The design, communication, workmanship, and service were all great.
Most importantly, thank you, Elynn & Wayne, for helping turn an empty space into a place I can truly call home.
