Working with our interior designer, Rachel Li, was overall a positive and reassuring experience. I was glad that I had entrusted her with our home renovation after meeting a no. of IDs. She is both professional and efficient in providing thoughtful advice on renovation details as we discussed our requirements with her. One of her strengths is her sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Throughout the project, she consistently quick to reply, open to feedback and proactively in addressing our questions or concerns. Overall we had a good experience working together, her attentive to details and knowing that she followed up closely with her team of contractors had made what could have been a stressful experience, a very smooth one.
