This is our third time engaging Lee Sing from Design 4 Space, so we now jokingly call her our “go-to interior designer”! Our first two projects were only small renovation works, but Lee Sing was still very patient and took the time to understand what we needed. She gave us many practical suggestions and never treated the projects casually just because they were smaller in scale. Because of those positive experiences, she was naturally the first person we thought of when we decided to renovate our entire home. This time, she helped us plan the whole house, including the kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms, furniture selection, colours and materials. We really like how the overall design feels consistent and well coordinated, while each space still serves its own purpose. The final result is very close to what we had hoped for. What we appreciate most is that Lee Sing truly listens. She does not only focus on making the home look beautiful, but also considers practicality, storage, comfort and our family’s daily lifestyle. She even took my daughter’s interests into account. My daughter enjoys making small models and has many favourite plush toys, books and meaningful gifts from her friends. Lee Sing thoughtfully designed a special little space where she can display her models, arrange her favourite toys, keep her books and treasure the gifts that are important to her. It may only be a small corner of the house, but to my daughter, it feels like her own little world. This was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and it made the design feel even more meaningful to our family. Lee Sing is also very considerate about our budget. She does not suddenly add unnecessary items halfway through the renovation or keep recommending the most expensive options. Whenever something may exceed our budget, she discusses it with us first and suggests suitable alternatives. She really tries to balance design, quality and cost, so that we can spend on the areas that truly matter. After working with her three times, we find Lee Sing patient, thoughtful, practical and reliable. Renovation can be stressful, but having a designer who understands your needs, your family and your budget makes the whole process much easier. There is definitely a reason why we keep going back to her. We would gladly recommend Lee Sing from Design 4 Space to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring interior designer.
