He was very helpful in coordinating the entire project, giving practical advice on layout, colours, and functionality, and genuinely listening to what we wanted instead of just agreeing for the sake of it. Eddie was proactive, disciplined, and always contactable — even after office hours and on weekends. Thanks to his efficiency, we were able to take over our flat in just 9 weeks. Even 1.5 months after handover, he remains responsive and helpful in resolving defects, and even arranged rectification works during the busy festive period. He also provided guidance when we had questions about appliance installation. We fondly call him “ID Pompipi” — efficient, reliable, and always moving things forward. Highly recommended!
