Finally, our home reno is completed. We met Terence Sin and ZhengYi at the Paya Lebar office based on a recommendation from our son. Once we shared with Terence and ZhengYi what we would like to see for our home, ZhengYi came up with the rendering pretty quickly and we were able to work on changes soon after. ZhengYi worked efficiently keeping us updated on changes that needed to be made. He’s most accommodating and helpful all the time. He worked hard, marking changes to the design and coordinating with suppliers to send samples to be sent to us to see and make choices. Terence helped us when making decisions like choosing the tiles, lights, and other accessories. For some, we agreed to his recommendations and were happy that he knew what we wanted for our home. For a major part of the reno process, we were out of the country but Terence is so responsible. He updated us daily via our group chat and sent pics and videos on the progress of the works putting our minds at ease. He’s decisive and so assuring that hiccups seem like a small thing even to us. He was so patient with our fickle mindedness and shared with us on what could or could not be done. He was able to work with other vendors whom we acquired to do parts of the home. Deadlines are kept as scheduled till we had the final handover. Even during the week after the handover where there were minor issues, Terence always responded very timely and he ensured that the respective vendors rectified the matter ASAP. Overall, we’re happy with the professionalism demonstrated by both Terence and ZhengYi. They were both responsive, flexible and listened well to all our concerns. In the end we are happy to be owners of a beautiful home that we wanted. Thank you so much Terence and ZhengYi for a job well done.
