Hi Everyone, my wife and I started our renovation journey with Zoey from Design 4 Space in June 2025 and lasted till 27th Jan 2026. While not everything was perfect along this path but very luckily we have Zoey with us to help us take on the many challenges we faced when dealing with our new 3R BTO: We started out with visits to different ID companies in Singapore, both Case-Trust and non Case-Trust. To anyone looking to renovate their houses soon, please x 3 USE only Case Trust renovation company or contractor to save yourself tons of hassle later on, if not, something bad happens, u gone case. If you are unsure of what I am talking about, go and read up on renovation scams, delays and runaways. 不怕一万 就怕万一! We visited Design 4 Space in AZ@Paya Lebar and Zoey + her product manager attended to us. After conversing with her, we instantly knew that she was the one we are looking for. While we do have a budget in mind at first but well we are quite greedy as well haha the initial Quotation that Zoey quoted us based on our needs and requirements was about $40k-$50k and we busted that so we ended with near to $100k in renovation, but we are nonetheless quite happy overall with the design of our retirement house that Zoey came up! In this aspect, we would like to pay Kudos to Zoey for trying to help us save every dollars and cents that she can! (Not your fault Zoey for overshooting the budget, just that we are simply too greedy to want everything🤭🤭) In case everyone is thinking why Design 4 Space is so expensive, here’s the thing, 一分钱一分货! You want something good, you have to pay for it. We are quite ‘On’ in this area as we want everything to look good, to last for decades to come, to be comfortable in our retirement home, to have a special build-from-scratch home where we can showcase to others! Our heartfelt gratitude towards Zoey, Design 4 Space and many others for helping us realise our dream home 🏡 PS: this is not a paid review ya, this is written by my wife and I out of our own accord as we hope that this review can help others to realise their dream home as well.
